-- Prepayment is the greater of 1% or yield maintenance up to 6 months to the end of loan term, followed by 3 months of 1% of the outstanding balance, then 3 months of open prepayment with no penalty.

At the end of the respective fixed period, loan will reset at the prevailing market rate and will reset at the same interval for the life of the loan.
