For investors looking to maximize cash flow, CommercialBanc introduces an interest only payment option on all Banc-Series™ apartment loans.

Qualified borrowers can elect an interest only payment option for up to 4 years on both purchase and refinance transactions.

Unlike other lenders that offer an interest only payment option, CommercialBanc doesn't restrict the LTV or increase the DSCR requirements when selecting an interest only payment option for the Banc-Series™ apartment loan program. This means you can borrow up to 80% of your property's value with the same low minimum DSCR requirement of 1.2:1.
